- Shipping costs are free on purchases over $100.
- We use Canada Post as our shipping carrier across Canada.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- If ordering multiple items, you may receive separate shipments depending on product availability, with no additional shipping charges to you, the customer.
- If you would like to upgrade your shipping to priority, please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org . Any additional fees for the upgrade will be charged to you, the customer.
- Order processing time may vary depending on stock and availability. Due to supply chain issues, and products with limited shelf life, some products may be out of stock and may result in an extra waiting period.
- For backordered items, a GLOW team member will reach out to you via email within 1-3 business days.
- You will be notified by email if there is a delay on orders. Please check your spam folder and make sure to provide a valid email address.
- post office delays, catastrophes and weather conditions are possible reasons why an order may be slow
- Canada post tracking numbers can be found in your email communications from us.
- It is your responsibility to provide a valid/correct address for shipping. If the shipment is shipped to an incorrect address we would advise you to contact Canada Post. If the package is returned to GLOW, the second shipping attempt will be at the customer’s cost.
Correcting a problem with shipping address:
- Please contact us at 647-330-6044 during business hours or after hours by emailing email@example.com
- If the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed on the package.
Canceling an Order
- Please contact within 2 hours of purchase to cancel an order to ensure it hasn’t been fulfilled.
- Shipping on any returns is at consumer cost
- All sales on clearance items are final and not eligible for return
- E-gift certificates are not eligible for return/refund
- For order cancellations, please call us immediately
- Exchange or spa credit will not be issued until the product is received and reviewed
- To reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages, customers can request a signature confirmation. Please call us or email us to request this
- First, please check the tracking information on Canada Posts website. If your package is tracked as "delivered," check with your neighbors, around your house etc.
- Secondly, contact your local Post Office and inquire about the shipment as it may be available for pick up. The majority of lost packages are easily recovered simply by performing these first two tasks.
- Unfortunately, GLOW cannot file a claim through Canada Post but we can assist with the process as best as possible.
